● Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the whole procedure of receiving bookings, checking, confirmation, printing, distribution and operation.2. In charge of dealing with problems and customers’ complaints.
3. In charge of building concerned statements.
4. Operate as superiors’ order on customers’ services.
5. Track the implementation of orders throughout the process, and supervise and coordinate internal operations, timely feedback on the existing problems.
6. Collect and give feedback based on customers’ comment.
7. In charge of collecting abnormalities to departments concerned and following their situations.
8. In charge of team building, training, and operating instruction.
● Requests:
1. Major: Bachelor or above, major in Japanese, international trade, ogistics management and business English desirable.
2. Age: From 21 to 35.
3. Work Experience: Work experience over 2 years or excellent graduates.
4. Basic Skills: Decent abilities of communication and coordination.
5. Basic Qualities: Be honest, dedicated, prudential, active, responsible, and self-disciplined.
6. Computer Skills: Be proficient in Office applications.
7. Language Ability: CET6, JLPT N2 or above.
